I built a dining room table during my final year of graduate school. It is made from 100+ year old Douglas Fir that Troy Sausen reclaimed from a barn in southwestern Minnesota. I built the table top and Troy milled the legs and apron.

It took about five months from start to finish because I needed to let the wood dry. There is a post on Apartment Therapy about this project with more details.
